011; Christmas.
Stupid Christmas food. My stomach is all stabby.
I have become increasingly lactose intolerant over the last few months, not to mention my stomach just can't handle heavy, rich food anymore. I'm keeling here, people. Keeling. And all chocolate and sweets must die. Get them away before I start some shit.
I made out pretty good this year. More gift cards than cash, which is rather unusual, but at least it forces me to spend my money on goodies instead of cigarettes, Japanese food and tea.
...
Hey. Those are goodies! I feel gipped.
Well, if anyone is interested, here's the rundown:
* Cash.
* Gift cards: 3 for Best Buy, 1 for Borders, 1 for Blockbuster, and 2 for Old Navy. Not to mention I still have the card for Linens 'n Things that my ex's mom gave me last year.
* Dead Like Me DVD sets (both seasons)
* A Nightmare Before Christmas 2006 calendar.
* RENT: The Movie soundtrack.
* Hideaway DVD (which I already owned, so I gave to Jesse)
* The Complete Beatles Recording Sessions by Mark Lewisohn.
* Black & white striped fuzzy socks.
* Brown gloves with fuzzy animal print fur around the wrists (so cute omg)
* A 3-in-1 20" TV/VCR/DVD player. I believe it's a Panasonic.
Other than that, Christmas was relatively painless this year, mostly because I sought sanctuary at Jason's (my boy-next-door) house most of the weekend, save those few hours where I was required to be available for photos, food and presents at the family gatherings, which I made as short as possible.
I hope that everyone had an excellent holiday and I hope you'll all have a fantastic (and safe!) New Year. Love to all of my friends and family :)
